Latest News

September 2015: The Blackboard Help pages have been updated. It’s a good starting point if you are unsure about how to do something in GCULearn.

Lynda.com. The University now has a site licence for Lynda.com, a really useful training resource for all sorts of software, from SPSS to Word. More information is available from the IT Helpdesk.  We hope to have Lynda.com fully integrated with GCU Learn soon.

July 2015 : GCULearn  has completed its annual module rollover which means that all approved modules for 2015 are available to staff to start adding their learning activities. Students will be attached for Trimester A from 17th August 2016.

Currently, we aim to have Trimester B students attached from 1st January 2016 and  Trimester  C students on 1st April 2016.

June 2015: At the end of June, GCULearn successfully completed its most recent update without any issues. The downtime over Saturday 27 June may have been our last. Our VLE provider Blackboard will be offering a  different upgrade approach which aims to avoid this major but necessary inconvenience.
